Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with eyes and repeated contact with skin. Wear eye protection and gloves during application.
First Aid
If you experience difficulty in breathing, leave area immediately. In case of eye contact, flush with plenty of water. In case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting. Get medical help immediately.
Remark
The surface must be free from grease and dust. The structure must be firm. The surface may be humid but moss growth should be removed before be treated with an algaecide. Use an anticorrosive primer to cover ferrous metals. For the first coat, Rooffill should be diluted with 25% water. Application by means of long haired brush, broom, rollers or spray equipment. Second and third coat should be applied without dilution within 48 hours after drying of the previous coat. Apply coats in cross direction to one another. Active joints and cracks should be bridged over by means of a polyester fabric scrim which should be embedded in the undiluted Rooffill. Cracks and holes can be filled with a mixture of 1 part Rooffill and 3 parts of quartssand. Connection between horizontal and vertical surfaces can be made by using a polyester fabric scrim embedded in the Rooffill. Note: The use of a glass fibre or polyester fabric will increase the life of the Rooffill. Complete bedding should be insured. Every cracked surface should be reinforced to obtain the highest security. Rooffill should not be applied directly on wood, fiber boards or other fiber building boards of flat roofs but utilize asphalt sheets prior to application. Rooffill should not be applied when rain can be expected. WARNING! Scraping or sanding of old paint may release lead dust. LEAD IS TOXIC. EXPOSURE TO LEAD DUST CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ILLNESS. PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD AVOID EXPOSURE.
